Complaints procedure

MAKING A COMPLAINT

Before making a complaint you can read the RANZ Complaints and Grievances Bylaw and the RANZ Code of Practice, or NZ Polling Code (as applicable).

Your complaint should clearly identify the company and/or individual concerned and provide as much detail as possible on the nature of your concerns and the resolution you are seeking. It may include identifying the relevant clauses in the Code of Practice or the New Zealand Polling Code that you believe have been breached, although this is not a requirement for a complaint to be made. Note that RANZ can only accept complaints against a current member of Research Association New Zealand. This can be a Company Member or an Individual Member.

It is recommended that a complaint is lodged using the RANZ Complaint Form which should be emailed with supporting documents to the RANZ secretary. Receipt of your complaint will be acknowledged and the Complaints Manager will contact you.
